This refreshing and delicious fruit flan is made with layers of Cake De Lite's yellow sponge cake, generously filled with a selection of fruits like peaches, pineapple, longans and whipped cream. Frosted with whipped cream, decorated with more peaches, pineapple, longans and strawberries and also coated generously with toasted almond slices.
Just excellent !
